Присылайте, разберемся, поменяем. В чем проблема? Мы его проверили у себя, все было нормально. проявился скрытый дефект. От этого никто не застрахован. это единичный случай. Мы эти паяльники уже третий год продаем. Были бы отказы массовые - он давно был бы снят с продажи.
Нет, жала серии 900М для этого паяльника не подходят, они меньше диаметром. Сменные жала для этой модели паяльника указаны и в тексте описания, и в отдельной вкладке "К этому товару". Вот они -
