Heating element of type 907 soldering irons from all manufacturers, with built-in thermocouple.
Built-in temperature sensor type: thermocouple.
Nichrome wire in a ceramic sheath is used as a heating element.
Modified heater - a ceramic heater rod is placed in a metal sleeve for greater thermal conductivity and mechanical strength.
In terms of installation dimensions, it is completely interchangeable with similar heaters in ceramics.

  • length with sleeve - 64 mm

  • type of built-in temperature sensor: thermocouple.
 
In a working element, the resistance between the heater terminals is 16-17 Ohm, the resistance between the thermocouple terminals is about 0.5 Ohm.

Attention! this heater cannot be installed in soldering irons for stations designed to work with a heater of the HAKKO-1321 type. This is due to the incompatibility of the temperature sensors.
The HAKKO-1321 heater uses a thermistor.
