Dielectric thermally conductive adhesive for mounting electronic components on heatsinks, based on silicone RTV rubber.
Single-component, cures upon contact with moisture contained in the atmospheric air.
Waterproof.
Chemically neutral, does not cause corrosion of mating surfaces.
It is used as an insulating, heat-conducting and electrically insulating material.

  • curing time: 5-30 minutes (at 25°C and >60% humidity)
