(This item is temporarily not relevant, the store is closed). If you are going to pick up the goods in our store, and it is only available at the Central Warehouse:
1. Moving the goods from the Central Warehouse to the Dnipro store takes from 4 hours to 1 business day.
2. We have no limits on the order amount for pickup from the store.
3. Delivery to the store is free of charge.
If you place an order with delivery through a transport company:
1. When ordering by prepayment, the order amount must be at least 500 UAH.
2. When ordering cash on delivery payment (payment upon receipt) the order amount must be at least 500 UAH. Available only for shipments by Nova Poshta.(Cash on delivery is temporarily unavailable!)
3. The details (in the order comments) must include a mobile phone number and warehouse number.
4. Shipping time up to 2 business days from the date of receipt of payment.
5. We reserve the right to process orders less than 500 UAH within 2 business days and ship within 5 business days after receipt of payment.
Rules for promotions on the website:
1. Promotions English: apply only to orders placed in advance through the online store (website).
To receive goods paid by bank transfer:
1. When delivering goods by courier services:
  1. All necessary documents are provided with the goods in the parcel.
Quality of goods and accuracy of descriptions:
1. We guarantee the quality of goods in accordance with the manufacturer's technical documentation.
2. We do not select components based on parameters, batch numbers, or production dates. Permissible parameter variations are usually specified in the manufacturer's documentation.
3. We do not accept claims for parameter variations if they are within the limits specified by the manufacturer.
4. The data provided in the product description is for reference only and may differ from those specified by the manufacturer or be incomplete. To obtain all the data, use the manufacturer's documentation. Technical documentation can be found on the manufacturer's official website. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. The color (shade) of a product, or some of its parts, is not a primary characteristic of the product unless specified in the name or description. For example, the color of relay housings, resistors, capacitors, plastic switch parts, variable resistors, wire insulation, printed circuit board masks, etc. may vary from batch to batch. We do not guarantee that batch numbers, manufacturer logos, or other markings, if present in the photo, match the actual markings on the products. The manufacturer's name is indicated in the product description.
RULES for the return and exchange of goods from the VORON online store
1. The following cannot be returned:
  1. linear products cut to order by the Buyer (e.g. cable and wire products, table coverings in rolls, etc.);
  2. goods delivered to the Buyer by individual pre-order (i.e. “made to order”);
  3. photosensitive materials;
  4. aerosol products;
  5. materials requiring special storage conditions at low temperatures (solder paste, some types of adhesives, etc.);
  6. chemicals and paints and varnishes, liquid and paste fluxes;
  7. electronic components and modules (microcircuits, transistors and similar elements that are not functionally complete products, the integrity of which cannot be visually determined is not possible);
  8. power elements (batteries, accumulators);
  9. power elements that are included with the devices and were installed in the device (when returning the devices, the batteries remain the property of the buyer, their cost is deducted from the cost of the returned device);
  10. other goods listed in the LIST of goods of proper quality that cannot be exchanged (returned) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
2. Goods damaged during shipment cannot be returned.
3. The period for exchange and return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer. In case of delivery of goods by postal and transport services, the date of receipt of the goods is established by the relevant cargo handling documents
