On the board of the MAC-sensor of most automobile LPG systems, two such sensors are installed. One measures the pressure in the low pressure gas line (after the reducer), the second measures the vacuum in the intake manifold. As a rule, the first one to fail is one sensor located in the gas circuit. But it is still recommended to change both sensors at once, because the residual life of the vacuum sensor has already been considerably reduced.
Of course, this does not apply to cases where the sensor in the gas circuit failed at low mileage, and the cause was a very dirty gas. It will be visually noticeable when opening the MAP sensor by the adhered resinous deposits.
