One-component metal acrylate-based structural adhesive.
The main purpose is for gluing rigid plastics such as ABS, PC, PVC, PMMA, fiberglass and other similar non-metallic materials. Also has good adhesion to metals, glass, crystal, quartz, jewelry, etc.
Anaerobic, shockproof.
Gel-like, easy to apply.
The initial curing time of the adhesive at a temperature of 25°C is no more than 10 minutes. The curing speed can be increased with the K-7246 activator, the curing time will be no more than 5 minutes. Full curing occurs within 24 hours, while gaining nominal strength.
The thickness of the glue line must not exceed 0.25 mm.
Features:

-
flash point:> 108°C
-
shear strength: ≥12mpa
-
working temperature: -54 ~ 120°C
-
curing time (at 25°C): ≤10 minutes (initial cure), 24 hours (full cure)
-
joint filling, maximum: 0.25mm
Recommended use:
1) Clean and degrease the surfaces to be glued.
2) Apply glue to the surface and press down. When used without activator K-7246, the initial curing time should be 10 minutes.
3) When used with K-7246 activator, the adhesive can be applied to one of the bonding surfaces and the activator to the other, then the compound can be cured in 1 ~ 5 minutes. If the thickness of the glue line is increased (up to 0.25 mm) or a higher curing speed is required, the K-7246 activator should be applied to both surfaces. The parts must be reassembled immediately.
Remember that the full strength of the adhesive bond occurs after 24 hours!
