PLASTIK HIGH VISCOSITY is a high viscosity varnish based on acrylic resin, especially suitable for electronics. Forms a shiny flexible protective layer that resists acids, salts, mold, corrosive fumes, alcohols, thermal and mechanical stress, alkalis, moisture and other manifestations of an aggressive environment. The coating remains effective over a wide temperature range from –70°C to+120°C. PLASTIK HIGH VISCOSITY forms a stable film on metals, plastics, wood, glass, etc. Does not drip and allows soldering through the protective layer.
The main difference between PLASTIK HV varnish and PLASTIK varnish is its high viscosity coefficient (30 sec. versus 12 sec.).

Application
Protection of printed circuit boards, components, wires, cables, etc. Elimination and prevention of current leaks, corona discharges, short circuits, charge leaks. Corrosion protection of components exposed to adverse weather conditions. Moisture protection for various materials such as cardboard, leather, etc.
Notes
The surface to be protected must be free of dirt, grease, etc. To prevent sagging, spray should be done from a distance of approximately 30 cm. Brush application should be done with smooth and even strokes. Instruments can be cleaned with thinner, acetone or turpentine.
