Standard two-line character LCD (liquid crystal) display, 16x2 characters with backlight. The background is blue and the symbols are gray.
The controller is KS0066 (analogue of hd44780). The pinout is similar to the Winstar displays. Power supply 5V.
There are no Russian symbols. English and Japanese fonts. To use Russian symbols, you can use the "LiquidCrystalRus" library, the links are given below.

To power the backlight, you need to apply 5V through a 100-220 Ohm resistor to contacts A (LED +) and K (LED-).

    Якщо я на робочому пристрої заміною цим дисплеєм вінстаровський, на який виводиться тільки латиниця, він буде працювати без заміни прошивки головного пристрою?

      Вірогідність 99% що підходить, якщо у рідного дисплея стоїть KS0066 чи hd44780 та такаж сама розпіновка. Лише раз чув що десь не запрацювало, хоча не відомо в чому саме була причина.
