Portable oscilloscopes of the HPS series of the Belgian company Velleman are not graphing multimeters, but modern portable single-channel oscilloscopes at the price of a good multimeter. The high sensitivity of the devices and the extended set of functions make them ideal for both radio amateurs and industrial applications.
Fully auto-swept waveforms greatly simplify analysis of any waveform.

Model HPS-40, in addition to advanced cursor and marker measurements, has an RS232C serial interface port for connection to a computer. The latest version of the software is always available at www.velleman.be (see Downloads).
