Добрый день! Это модель осциллографа разрабатывалась ещё несколько лет назад, когда Windows 10 ещё не существовала. На 7-ке должна работать. Проверим, сообщим дополнительно.
Проверили - работает с Windows 10. Устанавливать надо в режиме совместимости с Windows XP.
