The control device sends a positive pulse with a duration of at least 10 μs to the Trigger input.
At the Echo output, a positive pulse is formed with a duration from 150 μs to infinity. The period of the impulse, the start of the measurement is recommended after 50 ms.
The distance to the obstacle can be calculated using the formula:
S=F/58; where S is the distance in centimeters, F is the pulse length in microseconds
S=F/148; where S is the distance in inches, F is the pulse length in microseconds
