Negative dry film photoresist for PCB manufacturing.
Indicator - changes color when exposed (light).
Thickness: 30 microns.
Increased resolution. Well suited for high density PCBs.
  • Excellent adhesion and resolution.
  • High resolution for fine pitch boards.
  • Excellent stability of the sidewall profile with a small foot.
  • Suitable for alkaline etching.
  • Does not cause contamination of the electroplating process.
  • Excellent removability due to small particle size.
  • Good stability after lamination and exposure.
Attention! Due to storage conditions, transporting the photoresist at temperatures below freezing may damage the resistive layer. Please take this into account when ordering a photoresist in winter, when the order is expected to be delivered by transport agencies.
