Silicone-based waterproof protective heat-resistant coating with good dielectric properties.
Designed for use in microelectronics for rigid and flexible printed circuit boards, as well as other components and parts exposed to high temperatures during operation.
Retains its effectiveness up to+500°С. The coating is fireproof, complies with the UL94 standard.
The varnish is flexible and has good adhesion.
Perfectly protects components from moisture, dampness, salt, mold and corrosive fumes.
The high heat resistance of the varnish significantly expands the range of applications: in addition to electronics, it can also be used for protective and decorative purposes to cover elements of stoves, fireplaces, engine exhaust manifolds.

Appointment
It is used to insulate printed circuit boards that are exposed to high temperatures during operation, for example, in engines of vehicles, aviation and aerospace engineering. Also used to isolate communications equipment, instrumentation, shipbuilding, power generation and heavy industry.
The high elasticity and resistance to sharp temperature changes of ISOTEMP varnish allow it to be used for impregnating the windings of transformers and electric motors operating in difficult operating conditions (for example, circulation pumps with heating systems).
Recommendations for use
The surface to be treated must be free from dirt, grease, oils, wax, etc.
Apply varnish by spraying, brushing, dipping. If necessary, correct the viscosity with an original solvent
Isotemp Tinner.
The use of a non-original solvent leads to unpredictable changes in the properties and quality of the coating!
The resulting layer dries to peel within one or two hours and fully cures after 24 hours. Also clean the spray nozzle with ISOTEMP solvent.
Attention! To achieve maximum electrical and mechanical performance, the coating should be heat treated for one hour at 200°C.
