This modification of the soldering iron
WOOD-150 is equipped with a remote thyristor temperature controller in the form a separate block on the power cord. Despite the absence of a temperature sensor, and, accordingly, the feedback of the regulator, the possibility of adjustment allows avoiding overheating of the soldering iron, failure of the heater and accelerated wear of the tip (burnout of the protective chrome coating).
Classic design with nichrome heater.
The wooden handle does not overheat during prolonged use.
Copper tip with a durable non-combustible coating.
The tip is fastened with a pressure screw.
A large power reserve provides the ability to solder high-heat-consuming parts.

Attention!
Due to the high power of the heater, it is not recommended to operate the soldering iron with the maximum heater temperature, i.e. in the extreme right position of the voltage regulator knob. This will avoid overheating of the soldering iron, thereby ensuring high-quality soldering, long service life of the tip and heater.
The warranty period for the soldering iron with a regulator is 1 month from the date of sale. The tip and heating element of the soldering iron are consumable items and are not covered by the warranty.
All soldering irons are 100% pre-tested.
