LED matrix of four 1088AS series-connected matrix displays and MAX7219 driver. Number of LEDs on one matrix: 64 (8 x 8).
An SPI interface with three data lines is used to control the LED arrays. Due to their versatility, these display modules can be daisy-chained to form large 2D panels.

Main characteristics:

  • Number of dots: 512 (8x8x8)
  • Dot diameter: 3mm
  • Glow color: red
  • Dimensions: 265 x 32 x 15mm
  • Power supply: 5V

Pin assignment:

  • VCC - 5V power supply
  • GND - common
  • DIN - data input

  • CS - device selection
  • CLK - clock pulse input
