Module DUAL VNH2SP30 30A 20KHz PWM Motor Driver

This motor driver module perfectly replaces the L298 H-bridge with a pair of VNH2SP30 full-bridge drivers. The module is capable of driving a pair of high-current motors. VIN pins and motor output are sized for 5mm screw terminals, making larger wire sizes easier to connect.

Note: When using this board in extremely high power designs, it may be necessary to improve thermal performance with a heatsink or fan and solder the wires directly to the board instead of using a screw terminal. However, when using the board at currents up to 6A, the microcircuits will hardly noticeably heat up.

  • Maximum current (short-term): 30 A
  • MOSFET On Resistance (min.): 19 mΩ (per leg)
  • Maximum PWM frequency: 20KHz

  • Shutdown at undervoltage and overvoltage
  • Current measurement available for analog pin of microcontroller or Arduino
