Button functions and lux meter settings
1. ON/OFF
Device power button. A short press on this button turns on the meter. If you press again, the device will turn off.
Note: The device has an auto-off function. To disable or enable this function, you need to hold the "HOLD" button and then press and hold the "ON/OFF" button for a few seconds.
When the "APO OFF" indicator appears on the display, the function will be disabled.
2. LUX/FC
Short presses on this button during the measurement process allow you to switch the meter between foot-candle and lux units.
3. MAX/MIN
Using this button you can switch between the maximum, minimum or current measurement modes. When you select one of the modes, the display will show the selected value.
4. HOLD/BL
A short press on the HOLD/BL button will freeze the current reading on the display. You can disable the hold and return the device to normal operating mode by pressing this button again.
5. FBL function:
A long press on the button will turn on the display backlight. If you need to turn off the backlight, you must press the button again.
