EC series fans (fan names of this series start with HE) are a new product. Unlike traditional AC fans with an induction motor, they have a brushless DC motor (BLDC motor) and a mains voltage rectifier. Due to this they have the following advantages:
  • less power consumption
  • high productivity
  • wide supply voltage range
  • electronic jam protection, automatic restart, soft start (depending on model)
