A heavy-duty, steel threaded-rod swivel base with a round base that is used to adjust the height of machine tools and other structures when leveling them on uneven or sloping surfaces. Due to the rubber backing, the support is able to prevent the equipment from slipping, as well as dampen its vibrations during operation.
