An important problem of modern domestic electronics is the need to provide new designs of VLSI and MCM (multichip modules) for highly reliable electronic equipment with metal-ceramic cases due to increased requirements for resistance to external factors, heat dissipation and mechanical strength. In this regard, the following questions arise:
• to what extent the technical requirements put forward for the enclosures correspond to the development trends of highly reliable electronic equipment, and is it possible to adjust them;

High-resolution sigma-delta analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) offer significant advantages over other types of multi-bit ADCs. In particular, modern technologies make it possible to manufacture such an ADC in the form of a single-chip integrated microcircuit (IC) with a minimum of external elements and a power consumption of several milliwatts. Jeff Falin TPS6108x: High-performance switching converters
Highly integrated microcircuits TPS61080 and TPS61081 are switching converters that generate a regulated output voltage of up to 27 V at a low input voltage of up to 2.5 V. These two converters differ only in the maximum allowable current of the built-in switch (0.5 and 1.3 A, respectively). The TPS6108x series converters are designed to operate in a traditional current controlled circuit with constant pulse width modulation (PWM), resulting in low noise. The switching frequency can be set to either 600 kHz for efficient operation with low power loads, or 1.2 MHz if necessary to keep external components as small as possible. With built-in feedback compensation, an internal high-power switch and high PWM frequency, these ICs allow you to build very small (3 × 3 mm) converters in a QFN package for a wide range of applications. For example, they can easily implement a 12 or 24 V fieldbus when powered from a 3.3 or 5 V power supply. Additional benefits include high efficiency, adjustable reference voltage, and multiple protection circuits. This makes the TPS6108x ideal for powering equipment from the 3.6V Li-Ion battery used in most portable devices. The converters also provide the higher voltages required to power TFT LCDs, OLEDs, WLED LED backlights and camera flash lamps.
