To expose the photoresist, it is recommended to remove the matte diffuser in order to reduce the loss of UV radiation.
Three lamps, fixed on a common base measuring 300x200 mm, allow uniform exposure of an A4-size workpiece with an applied photoresist layer.
If you use the body from a flatbed scanner with the fixtures installed inside, you get a ready-made exposure device with a pressure cap. The housing will protect against excessive UV radiation.
Attention! Long-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation is harmful to the eyes!
