MCP16301 is a highly integrated, high efficiency, fixed frequency buck DC-DC converter in the popular 6-pin SOT-23 package, which operates from an input voltage of up to 30V. Comprehensive functions include "high input voltage relay", fixed frequency conversion, peak current monitoring and overheating protection. Minimum external components required to create a complete buck DC-DC power converter.
