Does not require cleaning of residues after soldering flux is a high viscosity flux that can be used for deburring, bonding solder balls and legs of BGA, CGA and CSP components and assembly operations such as attaching Flip Chip components to PWB substrates.
Recommended for mounting elements in BGA, PGA packages , PLCC, QFP, CSP.
