Linear bearings are used in CNC systems and in 3D printers. Thanks to the balls inside, this bearing becomes a rolling guide, which has a number of advantages over plain bearings.
The main advantages of rolling guides are low forces of resistance to movement (up to 20 times less than in sliding guides); their small dependence on the speed of movement and an insignificant difference between the forces of friction at rest and movement. In this regard, both fast and very slow uniform movements of high precision can be achieved on the rolling guides. On slideways, such slow movements and precise approaches are not possible due to jumps, i.e. fluctuations associated with the dependence of friction forces on speed.
In practice, the use of such bearings allows to reduce shaft wear due to low friction force, as well as to reduce the load on the belt or screw pair.

    Было куплено два подшипника.

    Первый не имеет люфта, на валу под собственным весом не падает, если прилагать совсем небольшие усилия, заметна неоднородность движения - рывками.

    Второй имеет слабенький люфт, падает под собственным весом, ходит без рывков.

     

    Будут использованы для мини сверлильного станка и для этой цели качество у них приемлемое.
