Medium viscosity silicone grease for a wide range of applications.
Waterproof, heat resistant.
Bottle of 50 ml.
Description:
PMS-200 is an organosilicon liquid with a viscosity of 200 cSt, used as an additive to other liquids used in everyday life and machinery. It is classified as a medium viscosity silicone oil.
GOST: 13032-77
Characteristics:
-
colorless liquid, transparent, odorless
-
kinematic viscosity of PMS-200 at 20ºC is 192-208 cSt, at lower temperatures it is not determined
-
dynamic viscosity of PMS-200 at -50ºC is no more than 2200 cP
-
melting point: -62ºC
-
flash point:+315ºC and more
-
pH of the aqueous extract: 6.0-7.0
Application:
PMS-200 is used in devices as a liquid for separating, hydraulic and shock-absorbing purposes, it performs damping functions.
The use of oil helps to reduce adhesion, processing and impregnation gives the surfaces hydrophobic properties.
It can serve as a basis from which new greases and liquid dielectrics are created, or as an additive in the production of cosmetics.
It is used in silicone defoamers, dielectrics, heat transfer fluids.
Structure:
PMS-200 contains no mechanical impurities. Other inclusions account for 37.5-38.5% for silicon, 0.004% for water.

Directly silicone fluids can be used as a lubricant in the molding and extrusion of products from plastic materials, to lubricate contacts between plastic, rubber, and mold.
Working fluid for hydraulic couplings, transmissions, hydraulic, brake and damping fluids;
Silicone fluids are widely used in the production of various emulsions and additives, used in the manufacture of paints and coatings, sealants and adhesives;
The applications for silicone fluids are constantly expanding due to improved manufacturing technology and reduced manufacturing costs.
