The removable ceramic tips greatly expand the scope of the steel tweezers.
White ceramics have the following properties:
  • dielectric
  • high temperature resistance
  • low thermal conductivity (relative to metal)
  • chemical inertness
  • acid resistance (except hydrofluoric acid)
  • chemical inertness
  • wear resistance
However, ceramic requires careful handling due to its fragility.
Nibs are easy to replace, each nib is secured with two screws.
The tweezers' shoulders are made of stainless steel. Unpainted matt surface. The tweezers do not slip in the hand, do not glare from light.
