Flux is a paste for soldering electronic components, including microcircuits in BGA packages.
Inactive (does not contain acids).
Low residual. However, when using high-frequency or high-voltage devices for soldering, rinsing after soldering is required.
Flux residues can be washed off with alcohol-based products or gasoline.
The flux does not contain rosin.
