Medium activity rosin-based flux for tin-lead soldering.

The color of the flux is white.
It is a type of the well-known flux RMA-223 (yellowish color). but higher purity rosin is used.
The marking on the cartridge can be either RMA-100 or RMA-223. Visually distinguished by white color.

Recommended for mounting elements in BGA, PGA, PLCC, QFP, CSP packages.
Purified, low-residue

Washes off with alcohol-based products.
