Grid oil is a lubricant with high density and viscosity. Outwardly, it resembles a homogeneous ointment of light yellow or brown color. It consists of industrial oils thickened with fatty acids of plant origin.

Grease grease is obtained by thickening a mixture of high-quality petroleum oils with calcium soap of hydrated fatty acids that are part of natural fats (cotton oil, tallow, etc.)
Features and scope:
Solidol w (grease) is effective at temperatures from -24°to+65°С. It has good water resistance. Therefore, it has found its application in agricultural machinery and other mechanisms operating in conditions with high humidity and without heating, displacing lithol and cyatim due to better specific characteristics.
When compared with other similar lubricants (lithol and cyatim), then:
Fat grease, unlike synthetic, is of better quality. Its different brands can be mixed without any negative effects.
Unlike lithol and cyatim, it is almost not washed out with water. Therefore, under certain conditions, it is considered a much better lubricant than lithol and cyatim.
In addition, grease is better than cyatima and lithol in other respects. It does not collapse, as cyatim under the influence of large loads. It does not deteriorate as quickly as cyatim during long-term storage. But it is inferior to them in terms of maximum operating temperatures under normal loads (-24 ...+65°С for grease and -50 ...+100°С for lithol and cyatim).
Non-toxic.
Not explosive or flammable.
It is used to lubricate friction points of sliding and rolling mechanisms. In especially powerful mechanisms, it is allowed to use from -50°C. At a temperature of +78°C grease becomes liquid and unsuitable for the intended use.
