A specialized two-component adhesive-sealant for ultrasonic elements based on modified acrylate. Has excellent adhesion, increased relaxation ability (anti-fatigue), high shock and vibration resistance, excellent tensile strength, no cold shrinkage (low coefficient of thermal expansion), resistance to elevated temperatures (≥200°C), water resistance and resistance to various chemical corrosion ... It has good stability and consistency, and is suitable for bonding emitters to tanks of ultrasonic cleaning machines and industries with high demands on various working conditions. It can be used for bonding various metal alloys, stainless steel, aluminum and ceramics.
The adhesive sealant is based on a new generation of modified acrylate and has a simple ratio of 1: 1 components (by volume), which simplifies the production process of ultrasonic devices.
Under cyclic loads of adhesive joints, relaxation processes take place in them. As the temperature rises or during the plasticization of the adhesive, the relaxation rate increases, as a result of which the strength decreases more slowly, but at the same time the fatigue limit also decreases. In other words, in joints based on adhesives with an increased relaxation ability, the process of damage accumulation associated with crack growth is slowed down.
