The alloy Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5 (highest purity class) was obtained in the first smelting of tin, silver and copper. The solder composition complies with ISO 9453:2020 standard.
It is a lead-free solder wire for manual and automatic processes used in industrial electronics and electrical applications where RoHS2 compliance is required.
Alloying with silver improves the spreadability of the alloy during soldering.
