Attention!
The depreciation of the cost (transfer to the 2nd grade) in this case is due to shallow surface oxides formed during long-term storage, as well as mechanical damage that occurred during transportation and cutting.
Such damage includes:
- blind scuffs, contamination and darkening of the foil (oxidation of the surface layer), requiring additional cleaning and grinding before use;
- separate through scratches and tears of the foil, no more than 10% of the total area;
- small manufacturing defects in the form of foil delamination along the edge of the sheet, surface irregularities;
- deviations of the geometric dimensions of the sheet over 5 mm, arising from cutting (cutting defects), not more than 10% of the nominal area of the sheet.
The main properties of fiberglass are not deteriorated.
Foiled glass fiber laminate of domestic production in the 80s.
Manufactured according to TU16-503.161-83.
Foil thickness 35 microns (real!).
Cutting to size 300 x 200 mm with an accuracy of ±2 mm (mostly plus).
Sheet glass fiber laminate, foil-clad with copper foil, grades STF-1-35 (single-sided foil, foil thickness 35 microns) and STF-2-35 (double-sided foil, foil thickness 35 microns) is used in instrumentation, radio engineering, electronics for the manufacture of printed circuit boards.
Allows mechanical processing.
Thickness 0.125-3.0 mm.
The time of resistance to the action of molten solder at t = 260 C is not less than 20 sec. (1 class). Peel strength in the initial state (for a strip width of 3 mm) not less than 4.5 N (class 1).
Attention! Glass fiber laminate with dimensions larger than A4 (300 x 200 mm), in order to avoid damage during transportation by transport agencies, at least 2 pieces of the same sheet size are sent (thickness and foiling may be different).
