The electromagnet consists of a steel core with a double corrosion-resistant coating, a copper coil wound on a nylon frame and the terminals are made of heat-resistant wire.
Scope of the electromagnet.
A live electromagnet has a strong holding force. It can be installed in equipment automation systems where objects must be attracted to stop or resume their movement. It is widely used in automated production and distribution lines: sorting machines, vending machines, robotic conveyors, testing equipment, packaging equipment, medical equipment, grinding equipment and others where automated processing of a material or product on a production line is required.
Attention!
1. The surface to be pulled should be as flat as possible.
2. The attracted area of ​​the object must be no less than the working side of the electromagnet.
3. The objects to be attracted should be of magnetically permeable material, such as high carbon steel, low carbon steel, and so on.
4. Attracted objects must have sufficient thickness (5 cm and more), in general, the thickness of the object must be no less than an electromagnet.
5. The ambient temperature is not higher than 130 degrees.
The electromagnet is designed for intermittent operation. When operating in intermittently continuous mode, the housing may heat up.
