A coordinate table (cross table) is a device for precise positioning of products processed on machines.
Designed for fixing workpieces when performing milling, boring, drilling, marking and other work that requires longitudinal and transverse movement of the workpiece.
The handwheels of the lead screws are equipped with dials with a division value of 0.05 mm (one revolution of the handwheel is 1.25 mm).
Feed stroke 200 x 50 mm.
Movable ruler for easy positioning.
The working surface of the table is made of aluminum profile and has three T-shaped grooves of the MICROMOT type (12x6x5 mm).
To secure the workpieces, a set of fasteners is supplied.
The table frame is cast aluminum, with four slots for installation on the platform of a drilling machine.
Characteristics:
-
working surface size: 310 x 90 mm
-
height: 76 mm
-
longitudinal feed: 200 mm
-
cross feed: 50 mm
-
dial division price: 0.05 mm
-
thread pitch on axle: 1.25 mm (metric thread)
-
work surface material: aluminum
-
T-slot dimensions: 12 x 6 x 5 mm
-
center distance (for mounting on a frame): 102 mm
The increased height of the machine stand leaves sufficient margin for the spindle stroke. Увеличенная высота стойки станка оставляет достаточный запас для хода шпинделя.
