XH-W1313 high temperature digital thermostat module with K-type thermocouple is designed to control heating or cooling modes in various devices. Due to its wide range of temperature measurement from -30°C to+999°C and ease of operation, it can be used for building and repairing soldering stations.

After turning on the power, the display shows the temperature in real time. To program the modes, four clock buttons are used: "ENT", "SET", "+", "-".
"ENT" button: short press - memorize the set value; long press - turn on/off the module.
"SET" button: selection of F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 programming modes.
"+" button: increase of the set value.
Button "-": decreasing the set value.
Programming modes:
F1 - temperature selection
F2 - module operating mode selection: H - heating, C - cooling
F3 - hysteresis setting
F4 - thermocouple reading correction
F5 - temperature setting, upon reaching which a sound signal will sound.
Example of setting for heating.
In the boiler, it is necessary to maintain the water temperature at 80-90 ℃.
If the water temperature exceeds 90 ℃, then stop heating when the water cools down to 80°start heating.
Make settings as follows:
1.set the stop temperature to 90 ℃;
2.set the operating mode in heating mode H;
3.set hysteresis 10 ℃, means when the water temperature will reach +90 ℃, heating will stop and when the water is cooled by 10, the heater will turn on again.
Example of setting for cooling:
In the refrigerator, the temperature must be maintained at -5 ℃ ~ 0 ℃
When the temperature reaches -5 ℃, stop cooling, when the temperature rises to 0 ℃, start cooling again.
Make the settings as follows:
1 .set the stop temperature to -5 ℃;
2.set the operating mode to cooling mode C;
3.set the hysteresis to 5 ℃, means when the temperature reaches -5 ℃ refrigeration stops and when the temperature reaches 0 ℃, refrigeration starts again.
