PLASTIK HIGH VISCOSITY is a high viscosity varnish based on acrylic resin, especially suitable for electronics. Forms a shiny flexible protective layer that resists acids, salts, mold, corrosive fumes, alcohols, thermal and mechanical stress, alkalis, moisture and other manifestations of an aggressive environment. The coating remains effective over a wide temperature range from –70°C to+120°C. PLASTIK HIGH VISCOSITY forms a stable film on metals, plastics, wood, glass, etc. Does not drain and allows soldering through the protective layer.
Does not require removal during repair soldering (it will peel off when in contact with the hot tip of the soldering iron).
The main difference between PLASTIK HV varnish and PLASTIK varnish is its high viscosity coefficient (30 sec. Versus 12 sec.).

The use of a non-original solvent leads to unpredictable changes in the properties and quality of the coating!
The surface to be protected must be free from dirt and grease. Apply the aerosol by spraying from a distance of approximately 30 cm, otherwise drips may form on the surface. The clogged nozzle is washed with a solvent, acetone or turpentine.
When applying by spray or brush, it is recommended to cover 2-3 coats with obligatory interlayer drying for about 30 minutes.
