AG TermoPasty art.AGT-111 Preparation for currentless tinning of copper 45g

Preparation concentrate (powder) for creating a protective electrically conductive coating of tracks and pads in the manufacture of printed circuit boards.
Creates dense, glossy coatings with very good adhesion and a thickness of 5 - 12 microns. Protects against the harmful effects of air and moisture.

Application:

Dissolve the contents of the package in 0.5 l of water at a temperature of 80-90°C. (it is recommended to use distilled or demineralized water).
Stir until the solution is completely dissolved, allow to cool to room temperature.
Thoroughly clean the circuit board.
Tinning by immersion in solution at 20-30°C for 5 minutes to several hours depending on the desired film thickness (maximum thickness 12 µm).
Rinse the printed dress thoroughly (first in cold, then in hot water) and dry.
