PTC heater with thermal stabilization in an aluminum housing - plate. Does not overheat thanks to the strong temperature dependence of the resistance of the PTC element made of barium titanate (BaTiO3). A cold element has low internal resistance, but when the Curie temperature is reached (in our case 100°), the resistance increases many times and the current decreases, reducing heating. Thus, the heater does not require special control devices and temperature stabilization.
