Прокладка тепло проводит очень плохо, у меня радиатор был около 40 градусов, а микросхема за 70 зашкаливала, поставил слюду, другое дело
Лучше переплатить та взять слюдяную прокладку или керамическую (еще лучше), чем ставить это и ждать бабах
Слюда, а тем более керамика, обеспечивают лучшую теплопроводность, это бесспорно. но силиконовая прокладка более технологична в установке, особенно при массовом производстве. Поэтому надо учитывать данную особенность. Кроме того, существуют различные случаи, более или менее нагруженные узлы. При высокой тепловой нагрузке естественно, выбор за керамикой.
