Fiberglass sheet, foiled with copper foil, grade DS-7408 (ANSI compliance: FR4)

Main characteristics:

- tetrafunctional type of resin;
- high glass transition temperature (Tg more than 1400C);
- excellent thermal resistance;
- high chemical resistance;
- low water absorption;

Recommended areas of application - production of printed circuit boards for computer equipment, instrument making, military industry, control systems, etc.

UL Compliance: E103670: IPC 4101
- low thermal increase;
- UV blocking+AOI compatibility;
- increased dimensional stability;

Fiberglass FR4 is produced with single- and double-sided foil, foil thickness: 18 microns, 35 microns and 70 microns. Sheet thickness ranges from 0.05mm to 3.00mm.

Attention! Fiberglass sheets with dimensions larger than A4 format (300 x 200 mm) to avoid damage during transportation by transport agencies are sent in at least 2 pieces of the same sheet size (thickness and foil may be different).
