JF8740 is a new type of water-based cleaner for caked-on residues of flux, rosin, oil on SMT soldering equipment.
The product solves the industrial problem that the alkaline cleaner is incompatible with sensitive materials such as
aluminum alloy fixtures and has excellent material compatibility with aluminum alloy, synthetic stone and fiberglass.
With strong cleaning power, good material compatibility, no halogen, low odor, no foam, can be applied to various cleaning processes such as ultrasonic, spraying, soaking and manual cleaning. It has a long service life, is a traditional type of surfactant.
Compared with the traditional solvent-based cleaner, JF8740 water-based cleaner completely eliminates the risk of fire safety and meets the ever-increasing environmental protection requirements.
The product is ready to use, dilution is not required.
Recommended washing temperature +25~40°C.
Packing 1 liter (packed from the factory canister 20 liters).
