It is used to improve heat transfer between the heat-generating elements of electronic circuits (processors, power transistors, diodes) and the radiator, as well as between the thermal sensor and the heat-generating element.
It is a heat-conducting white mass of high viscosity.
In the composition of KPT-19, in contrast to KPT-8, there is a certain amount of metal particles, which increases the heat-conducting properties.
The paste is not dielectric, avoid getting the paste on the tracks!

Specifications:

  • operating temperature range: -60 to +180°C
  • thermal conductivity: 0.65W/(m * K) at +100°C
