Thermal Conductive Paste is a highly thermally conductive, multi-component plastic substance used to reduce thermal resistance between two mating surfaces. Thermally conductive paste is used to replace the air between the surfaces with a medium with a higher thermal conductivity. It is used in electronics to remove heat from power circuit components and reduce the temperature gradient inside the blocks. Thermal paste TM-1-TU1G does not dry out after prolonged use and has 7.9 times better thermal conductivity than the well-known KPT-8.
