Chip-based digital temperature measurement sensorQT18B20 7Q-TEK company, which is a complete analogue of DALLAS DS18B20 and is controlled by the 1-Wire protocol.
The sensor is assembled in a metalcase-sleevewith a diameter of 6 mm and a length of 50 mm. The well with the sensor is filled with a heat-conducting acid-freesealant... Each soldered contact of the sensor and cable is covered with heat shrink tubing.
PVC cablehas 3 signal wires.
Cable length 1m, diameter 3.8mm
Pinout: red - power supply (VCC), black - common (GND), yellow - data (DATA).

    Доброго дня. А якщо я не знаю який датчик стояв. можу поміряти опір при відомій температурі, зможемо підібрати потрібну термопару?

      У Вас помилки в розумінні роботи датчиків на кожному етапі запитання.
      Ця сторінка з цифровим датчиком, що передає закодованну цифровим сигналом температуру.
      Опір вимірюється у терморезисторах. А у термопари вимірюється термо-ЕДС (напруга).
      Це все три різних різновидності датчиків.
      По параметрах датчики не підбираємо.

    Добрый день меня интересует датчик температуры. Аналог датчика DOL 15.

    Подскажите пожалуйста у Вас есть что-то???
