FALCON S-102E is designed to protect metal and non-metal surfaces from the weather.
Good for protecting PCB blanks, precision tools, metal blanks, moulds, spare parts, etc.
Unlike oil-based anti-corrosion lubricants, S-102E forms a dry transparent film. The protected surface does not visually change, remains dry and clean.
The composition is non-toxic, harmless to the human body. With a slight odor, it is easily perceived by the operator when applied.
The protective film is not destroyed by human sweat.
Protects treated surfaces for up to 3 months.
Recommended Use:
before applying the anti-corrosion agent, the surface of the object must be treated with cleaner S-530, or similar, to clean and dry the surface< /li>
after cleaning, it can be dried with filtered dry compressed air or in a dryer at 120-170℃
shake the can well before use to mix the contents
it is recommended to cover the workpiece in 2-3 layers
after applying the composition, place the workpiece in a ventilated and dry environment for 24 hours for final drying
Средство FALCON S-102E предназначено для защиты металлических и неметаллических поверхностей от атмосферных воздействий.
Хорошо подходит для защиты заготовок печатных плат, прецизионного инструмента, заготовок из металла, форм, запчастей и т.п.
В отличии от антикоррозионных смазок на масляной основе S-102E образует сухую прозрачную пленку. Защищаемая поверхность визуально не изменяется, остается сухой и чистой.
Состав нетоксичен, безвреден для человеческого организма. Со слабым запахом, легко воспринимается оператором при нанесении.
Защитная плёнка не разрушается под воздействием человеческого пота.
Защищает обработанные поверхности на срок до 3 месяцев.
Рекомендации по применению:
перед нанесением антикоррозионного средства поверхность объекта необходимо обработать чистящим средством S-530, или аналогичным, чтобы очистить и высушить поверхность
после очистки его можно высушить фильтрованным сухим сжатым воздухом или в сушилке с температурой 120-170 ℃
перед использованием баллончик необходимо хорошо встряхнуть, чтобы перемешать содержимое
рекомендуется покрывать обрабатываемую деталь в 2-3 слоя
після нанесення складу покладіть заготовку в провітрювану і суху середу на 24 години для остаточного сушіння
